John, Eric and his team took down a total of six trees and lambed up requested dead branches on my property. I am very impressed on their workmanship in tree cutting and tree dropping. The bids were reasonable, project were on schedule and clean-up work site every time when work was completed. I highly recommend WAAG Tree Service and will use them again for my future project.

We had four trees taken down yesterday. Some were in pretty difficult places. The guys from Waag are fantastic!! They show up when they say they will and are so professional about their work. Everything is cleaned up afterwards. They even fix the places in the lawn where branches fell in the grass!! This is the second time we used them. The first time was after someone else we hired never bothered to show up! Waag's prices are the best as well. We will call them next time!

I attempted to obtain service. I left a message on an unidentified voice mail. No return call. I then called back three days later, and the person picking up did not identify himself from Waag. I had to ask. He then told me he was busy, about a month out, but insisted on my giving him my name, so that he could "cross me off his list". I'm really glad they are too busy for me, as they will never have my business. What I experienced was the ultimate in poor customer service.
