My girlfriend rents a unit here, and out of all the places we have had a storage unit....this place is the best so far, great price for the size of the unit, we pretty much come and go at all hrs as we have crazy work schedules, I haven't heard or seen anything shady happening there, haven't been broken into or heard of, the neighbors are friendly, and once forgot to lock the shed, only to find out they had come and locked the shed for us, and notified us immediately and with nothing taken from the shed. So far so good ;)
Units are clean and seem to be safe. Management is incredibly hard to reach. Usually takes a few days to get a response to a call or email, even in an urgent situation and during “business hours”. Unit are hard to access in winter due to being frozen shut.
The units are very spacious and clean! Very nice people to deal with.
