I always book an appointment, but lately it doesn’t seem to make much difference — most of the time the nail techs are already busy and I still end up waiting. The staff also seem under pressure to take on too many clients, which makes the whole experience feel rushed. It’s uncomfortable being hurried through a service, especially when I’ve made the effort to schedule ahead of time. I’d really appreciate a smoother, more relaxed experience when booking. I used to come here quite often and have always been happy with the service. However, during my last visit there was a young girl who unfortunately didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I had to prompt her a few times, and she ended up cutting my toenails so badly that I now have a painful ingrown toenail. It really seemed like she wasn’t properly trained, which was disappointing to see. She also applied the shellac too thickly, and the result doesn’t look good at all.
