My dental clinic outright said to me this is the worst insurance company that exists. They don’t help you or the dental clinic they referred us to. They don’t keep any communication. I’ve never been able to get contact with anyone, I call a billion times. I am struggling to even get my teeth cleaned. Takes months for a single appointment. Horrible company.
Definitely the worst dental insurance company I have ever dealt with. I think the unions need to pick another company.
This company makes seeing a dentist is harder than filing your taxes. Their website doesn't work. Online forms don't work. They will make it nearly impossible for you to get dental care. You must know months in advance that you will have a toothache. There needs to be a CBC Marketplace investigation on this organization.
