My dealings were directly with William Anderson regarding a payment matter connected to W.A. Health. Prior payments were made by company cheque, and an outstanding amount remained unresolved despite a written agreement and repeated written assurances that it would be handled. I made multiple attempts to resolve the matter privately and professionally, but no meaningful resolution followed. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to ensure all agreements and payment obligations are fully secured in writing.
Biggest money scam in the work force if your employer has this insurance for you it's not worth it at all. Been having issues and trying to get them fixed is impossible been told 3 different reasons why they terminated my benefits with out me even knowing anything about it waste of money
My dental clinic outright said to me this is the worst insurance company that exists. They don’t help you or the dental clinic they referred us to. They don’t keep any communication. I’ve never been able to get contact with anyone, I call a billion times. I am struggling to even get my teeth cleaned. Takes months for a single appointment. Horrible company.
Definitely the worst dental insurance company I have ever dealt with. I think the unions need to pick another company.
