Mould remediation - Terrible service!!! Communication was terrible. They don’t answer their phone or their emails. When they did I spoke to a different person each time who gave conflicting information. They put up a protective sheet to protect our belongings, which blocked all access to the small unit with one entrance so we could not get in. What a breath of fresh air she was. Leaving us with air that we can breathe. I highly recommend Kia if you are looking for the above quantities and high standard of service. Glen and Ki were great. We got our house tested for mould following some ongoing water leaks etc. They were on time, fast with the results, gave us a clear report and took the time to talk us through it.
