From the start of the sale with Lenny best experience to the admin staff was also awesome experience then to the install with Brett wells supervisor and his crew , Luke, Todd, Paul , Brendon , Ryan , Iszac , most professional team i have met and also the housekeeping cleaning yeah speechless very good and organised also forgot to mention big shout out to Brendon thanks for the major clean up with the road sweeper the neighbours were so great full also will always recommend to friends and family 100%
Have been trying to get them to fix our pool for months! Has sunken all around edges and paid for pencil compaction.buyer beware
WA fibreglass has been wonderful to deal with. We could not fault anyone. I appreciate that they never attempted to bring their competitors down. We dreaded installation but the fear was unfounded as the workers were incredibly efficient on the big D day. Thank you Laurence for your never-ending patience!
just want to put an appreciation review in for glenn , we went to the show room 2 weeks ago sussed it all out then he came out to our house today and let us know that hes sorry but hes pools wont fit in our space , the professionalism and help he gave us even though he couldnt sell us one of his pools was awesome if anyone is buying a pool id speak to these guys first due to the fact that the care they take with their clients and the help they give them regardless of the circumstances
Had our pool installed 3 years ago and was going to give a 5 star review because of the service and ease of installation, but unfortunately the colour of the fibreglass is starting to fade above the water line (nothing to do with the chemicals) and only on the side that receives full sun. I spoke to the staff at the showroom and they said theirs has done the same and it might need a cut and polish. Went back and inquired and got nothing, emailed the owner and got nothing.
