We had a pool with WA fibreglass installed a month ago. What a stressful experience. The pool was agreed to be installed 10m above our limestone wall. Once installed we discovered the left corners were 30m higher and the right corners 50m higher, breach of contract and meant we couldn't pave around our pool without the paving looking wonky or the pool looking out of level. Recently just completed our pool install with WA Fibreglass. Everyone from start to finish was great and extremely knowledgeable. Made the process great for a pool newbie. Highly recommend.
We purchased our pool through WA Fibreglass Greenwood and for the most part had a positive experience. The sales and administration team all communicated timely, efficiently and without issue. Special thanks to Len. However, we would have appreciated better communication during the installation process as we often had to chase up information and felt dismissed at times. From the start of the sale with Lenny best experience to the admin staff was also awesome experience then to the install with Brett wells supervisor and his crew , Luke, Todd, Paul , Brendon , Ryan , Iszac , most professional team i have met and also the housekeeping cleaning yeah speechless very good and organised also forgot to mention big shout out to Brendon thanks for the major clean up with the road sweeper the neighbours were so great full also will always recommend to friends and family 100%
