I had a very disappointing experience with WA Fibreglass Pools, especially considering the significant amount of money involved and the expectations set during the sales process. On day one, no one turned up at the scheduled time (7am / 7:30am ) to begin the excavation. After calling the office, I was told the supervisor would contact me—but that never happened. From start to finish, these guys were brilliant. Lenny seemed like an authentic honest salesman and true to his word, everything happened as he said it would, thank you Lenny. We are over the moon with our Kimberley swimming pool. The install team were professional, prompt and friendly. The owner of WAF turned up on the day of install just to oversee everything which I found very personable and helpful. Thanks again WA Fibreglass pools, will be recommending you.
THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! Saying our dream has come true is an understatement. These guys have been amazing from start to finish, from meeting Lenny and discussing pricing, size, colour. We've had an absolutely faultless experience with WA Fibreglass. We started with Glenn, who was full of knowledge and recommendations which as first time pool owners filled us with confidence. Glenn also connected us with our great demo man (John) and landscaper (Jason). Our site supervisor Stephen and his team were brilliant, we had an unexpected sewerage pipe in the dig zone and Stephen coordinated a plumber to come to the rescue just in time for the crane to drop the pool in.
