Kiko Kou, the building manager of W4 apartments, is hands down one of the sloppiest people I’ve ever dealt with. You just can’t count on her to get anything done. Hilariously, she still owes me $10, even though I’ve reminded her more than three times by both phone and email. Her excuse? She gets so many emails that she misses like 80% of them, so you have to keep doing follow-ups to get any response. A Wonderful Place to Live I’ve had a fantastic experience living at the W4 apartments. The building is beautifully renovated, combining modern comfort with classic charm. Its prime location offers easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The management, especially Kiko Kou, is professional and responsive, always ensuring residents feel at home. I rented here for a year and it is the best place - the location is superb, right in the heart of Teneriffe/Newstead. The design of the W4 Apartments is truly impressive and the 5 star service from Kiko and the W4 Apartments management team made my year there enjoyable and memorable.
