W3Global has denied paying me my earned commissions and is breaching my contract with them. There is nothing in our agreement states forfeiting commissions after resignation. Also, there was no policy in place that was presented or expressed to me during, before or after my employment which states firefighting commissions at any time during or after employment. A recruiter from the firm W3Global reached out to me recently regarding a few positions we had posted. He claimed to have candidate resumes that he was going to share with me. When I asked to see them, I didn't hear anything back for a few days. Mind you, we did not enter into any type of agreement or contract for W3Global to represent us in any type of recruiting capacity.
