We hired W3Global to fill a staffing position that "supposedly" came with a 90 day warranty. We requested a replacement employee after 30 days and fired the person after about 45 days for coming to work drunk 3 days in a row. At the end of the 90 day warranty period, they admitted that they were having difficulty finding a replacement and possibly offered a credit for another position in the future, but wouldn't return our money. W3Global has denied paying me my earned commissions and is breaching my contract with them. There is nothing in our agreement states forfeiting commissions after resignation. Also, there was no policy in place that was presented or expressed to me during, before or after my employment which states firefighting commissions at any time during or after employment. A recruiter from the firm W3Global reached out to me recently regarding a few positions we had posted. He claimed to have candidate resumes that he was going to share with me. When I asked to see them, I didn't hear anything back for a few days. Mind you, we did not enter into any type of agreement or contract for W3Global to represent us in any type of recruiting capacity.
