Hello, My name is Fanell Sawyer and I live at the Luxe Prosper. We had to go to eviction court yesterday and a judgement we entered. Usually we are able to pay our last due rent by the 23rd, however my husband was laid off right before Christmas and it messed us up financially. He just started a new job this week so we will be good starting in March. I see that the current balance due for jam and feb rent in our portal is $7500 including fees. Hello, My name is Fanell Sawyer and I live at the Luxe Prosper. We are new to Texas and my husband started a new job as a teacher on August 13th. We assumed that just like in Georgia he would be paid biweekly and that we would have our September rent paid. After he went to orientation, he found out that they would not pay him his first check until September 26th. Since he had already resigned from his previous position, he had to take the job. I love all of the W3 properties. There are so many upgrades and amenities. The staff has always been amazing at every property I have visited.

The issue is when I looked on the Mansions of Buda site it was offering 4 free weeks if I signed a long lease for the Palo unit. That unit is 766 sqft and has a shower. The Hamilton unit is 816 sqft and has a tub! I chose the Palo but apparently sometime between me seeing the offer on the site and actually signing the lease the offer was no longer there, only for the Hamilton! BUT if I was willing to move over to the Hamilton I could get the 4 free weeks! That makes NO SENSE!! I'm being punished for not acting swiftly enough... read more
