I’ve had three repeated A/C unit failures within a two-week period during the month of August in my apartment, which is a W3 property. With temperatures consistently exceeding 100°F, there has been a clear lack of urgency in addressing this ongoing issue. I escalated the matter to W3 Property Management over a week ago and have yet to receive a response or resolution. This is unacceptable given the extreme temperatures and the repeated failures of the A/C system.
Hello, My name is Fanell Sawyer and I live at the Luxe Prosper. We had to go to eviction court yesterday and a judgement we entered. Usually we are able to pay our last due rent by the 23rd, however my husband was laid off right before Christmas and it messed us up financially.
