RecommendedDelbert in the Jeffersonville IN shop is top of the game. 2 AM call out for a -10 load and a reefer unit that wouldnt run due to a blown gear box. Had me up and running again within an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable and very fair. The industry needs more techs like Delbert. Kudos to him and those who trained him.
Stopped in and got what I needed done today. Their staff are top notch professionals who know what they’re doing. Will definitely rust them again with my equipment and go back again when needed/in the area 👍🏻
Had extensive service work done at WW Williams in Grand Rapids, MI. Excellent service from Craig. Not only was he knowledgeable and did a good job, it was the way that he explained what he was doing in a way that I could understand and trust. He made a stressful situation (spending buckets of $$$ on old RV) much better. I knew that I was in good hands and being treated fairly. Kudos for not just doing a good job, but also being trustworthy and doing a good job of communicating with and being respectful to the customer.
This company is horrific to their employees. Loyal employees who have given their blood sweat and tears to this horrible company are being terminated simply because of their age. WILLIAMS COMPANY LLC DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TAKING CARE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES MEANS. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE WORDS LOYALTY AND DEDICATION MEAN. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR DESTROYING THE LIVES OF SO MANY PEOPLE WHO THEY DISMISSED WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT. I WISH NOTHING BUT THE WORST FOR THIS COMPANY AND HOPE THE OWNERS ROT IN HELL.
picked up the truck Friday now gas is leaking from the injector line and they want me to pay I feel like I'm being scammed @wallywilliams so embarrassed was picking up customer at the dealership just glad my truck didn't catch on fire smh look at their service guy cleaning up diesel smh cooperate called and offered no help never going back here and don't recommend this company to anyone
I went here to get parts and the guy act like he was drugged out on pot or crack.
