BUILDERS BEWARE!Literally the worst experience building out a restaurant ever. It has been 5 years and I'm still fixing what his company did not do correctly. I have worked with many contractors for restaurant building outs in over 20 years of doing this and he refused to do anything to commercial specs. I had to replace my bathroom doors within 30 days of opening because he used residential grade products on everything. I've had to redo plumbing, flooring, coving etc and it was almost immediately.
