Staff members at the Elkview Mini Mall Storage facility are not that helpful. We've had a couple of issues where they told us a certain payment amount monthly after 1 month being free which wasn't free we had to pay $75 for the first month and then $174 a month after. We paid the 75 and then a month later the 174. Two months came around our bill went up to $223??
