02/24/2021 On July 14, 2020, I hired W Ticos Roofing to reroof and replace all decking that was soft or damaged. I bought their best roofing and underlayment, ridge vent/drip edge for a total price of $5569.65. I paid 1/2 up front $2784.50. I told the salesperson, ** before starting the job that I wanted all plywood replaced that was bad or damaged. On September 1, 2020, the sub-contractor started the job.
