Went in for a routine checkup and cleaning. Dr. Sharp is an "old world gentleman" who's calm demeanor erases any usual anxiety typical of a dentist visit. He and his staff are genuinely friendly and truly take your wellbeing into consideration.
Dr. Sharp is absolutely the best. I moved to the City 5 years ago, but I come back to Oakland to see Dr. Sharp. His staff is wonderful -- responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, helpful. Dr. Sharp himself is HIGHLY skilled, and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Staff is extremely helpful, Dr Sharp has excellent chair-side manner and his attention to detail is unsurpassed. In the 13 years I have been going to Dr Sharp he has always been very patient oriented. Dr Sharp recently replaced my upper front center crown and made absolutely certain it was perfect before it was cemented in place. This replaced a crown which had been in my mouth for over 20 years and was not installed properly. My new crown is outstanding.
