Arrived 30 minutes before my appointment, checked in and docked. Unloaded just over an hour after disconnecting from trailer. Was hopefully but it was almost an hour later before I was given the lumper and pallet fees. Gave them the code for lumper fees within 10 mins. It was almost another hour before I got my receipt and then was told it would be 10 mins before the other part called for the pallet fee. It was over 30 mins later. This is a horrible place to unload or load I had a $350 lumper fee for paletized freight then a $510 fee for new paletts not sure what that's about 2 1/2 hours to get unloaded 4 1/2 hours for paperwork total 7 hours this place needs management and organization I lost my next load on Friday so no getting back ,I feel this place needs investigated ,good luck!, I don't leave reviews this is for my fellow truckers to plan ahead if your going here
Not a good warehouse for receiving stuff.already been 3 hour past my appointment not paperwork yet.avoid this place
