Great place to bank! You are more than a number and the employees are willing to help you! No 800 numbers!!
I have to agree completely with the previous review unfortunately. This bank used to be amazing but all of the new people are rude and unhelpful. As they have no online access to your account you would think they’d be happy to give you information on your account but it’s actually just the opposite. I have been refused my account information multiple times now. They can give me zero explanation when I ask questions and then hang up when I point out that they are skating around my questions. The employees are outstanding!!!
This bank used to be where I sent people for great service, good rates and a great general banking experience. They are now far from a quality experience. The new people are very quick to not help you, and tell how things have changed. I am almost sad that this bank has become what it is now. They were able to help me build my credit and get back on my feet. Now I might as well bank at the big banks so I can access my money online, or during a normal business schedule.
