This bank needs to get in touch with Wells Fargo and located my money. This bank has worked with Wells Fargo to attempt to steal my funds. I have not had access to my funds since 11/13 and now Wells Fargo does not know what happen to my money. There need to be some communication going on between both of these institutions. However I have reported your to the FDIC, the federal reserve, CIA and NSA. Yall gone find somebody else to play with because I ain’t the one.

I have to agree completely with the previous review unfortunately. This bank used to be amazing but all of the new people are rude and unhelpful. As they have no online access to your account you would think they’d be happy to give you information on your account but it’s actually just the opposite. I have been refused my account information multiple times now. They can give me zero explanation when I ask questions and then hang up when I point out that they are skating around my questions.
