They do not believe in customer service. I have never been treated so badly by anyone in my life. It seems the only way they are nice is if you are a male in the military. My husband asked about getting me on our lease because he is military and might deploy. The girl at the front was nice and said me and him could go in at separate times because I work night shift. Then when I called she got an attitude with me and said she needed him there to make sure it was okay. I said that was fine and asked if they were open weekends.... read more
