This is the trashiest place I have ever lived and the old man that works in the front is nothing but a liar that just wants your money and then he will go behind your back and run your credit
Never in my life felt more discriminated upon than now. The staff at the coopers ranch location not only made me feel as if they were racist, they definitely do not offer and "equal opportunity" She called verified my income did my background check and still could not give me a answer if I could move in or not. Do not stay here....they just want money.....noisy neighbors and bugs....he does nothing about it...he lets military stay just for the paycheck...moved in...soon as the electricity was turned on bugs have been here ever since...they don't even clean trash from outside
Warning stay away military they are not there to help you everything is great until you terminate your lease they are high way robbery
This place is the worst place I have ever dealt with. Everything is great until you terminate your lease. Even if you have fixed something or replace it with something new they will still charge you for whatever it was. Not to mention everything they charge you for is three and four times as much as the stuff really cost. They charged me $80 for two basic blinds, that are less than $5 a piece. I will NEVER EVER rent from these people again and wouldn't suggest anyone else to do so.
Don't come here if you are military. If you leave, they don't forward your final bill. They don't even call to see where you would like it. By final bill I mean if anything is messed up. We left the place spotless steam cleaned wiped blinds, cleaned windows and all. Wasn't a spec there when my wife and I left. And somehow they charged us $285. Not recommended for any soldiers, single ones and ones with families. They do shady business. Don't work with soldiers when they have to PCS, deploy, etc.
