These people are useless. Save yourself the aggravation/money and go to Harrisburg yourself.
terry is a joke. dropped off all necessary paperwork and photos for an antique plate, didnt hear anything for 2 months. kept telling me they the state didnt receive the photos and i needed to drop off new photos, which i did. said he would look into and get back to me. another month goes by, same thing they didnt receive the photos. finally i just drove to harrisburg and got my plate same day. dont waste your time with this lazy guy.
When I moved from NY to PA, there is where I went to change my plates and registration. I just suggested calling ahead of time to be that you know what documentation to bring. My insurance company was being illogical about the sequence of how things worked and the person there helped to move it forward. The whole process was smooth.
