I've used W&S Door Co. before for a garage door opener install and had no complaints, which is why I called them again after a lightning strike damaged my system. That experience is why this review is so disappointing. I was quoted $632.46 for the repair (excluding the remote and wall keypad) before the work was scheduled. They came out to fix my garage door. They greased all parts. They replaced a screw in the rail and said that was why my garage door was not working properly. Three weeks later the problem started again. I called approximately 2 months after the first visit to see if they would come back out. We set the appointment and they never showed up and did not call. I am very disappointed with service and will not use them again.

didn't show up when it was scheduled, not did they call to explain why. wouldn't recommend this company at all

I use them in 2007 to put in a brand new garage door and opener. Their work and service were top-notch so when it was time for a new upgraded opener they were the only place I called.
