WR Ringheim is top notch in their product expertise, as well as their ability to communicate. They are true to their word on returns, warranty and even mistakes (I know there are zero), I'm sure! Class act. Great products. Excellent prices. Thanks y'all.
WR Ringheim has consistently been a reliable partner fulfilling our needs for designated door hardware. Not only are they responsive with providing accurate pricing during budgeting phase - they provide their industry knowledge to give feedback on performance, pricing, and troubleshooting functionality options! When facing lead time constraints, they have found alternate solutions to keep the project on track. Great work by all at WRR!
They always answer the phone and respond to email promptly. Staff has a good understanding of the parts and hardware they sell.
Great customer service
