We entrusted WR Properties in renting our property in upscale Walnut Creek CA. A previous real estate broker found tenants rather than WR Properties. They messed us up with mistakes made in leasing document, that has costed thousands of dollars. They failed to include tenants responsibility for swimming pool and outside yard maintenance.
