I want to express my experience regarding poor management of this company.Unit 704 has been effected by bedbugs(840, 9st,SW) My contract got expired the same month that I captured bedbugs in my apartment, manager keeps saying that I am moving because my contract has been expired but the main reason was bedbug. One of the worst places to live in , and poor communication with the management at the time I was living at the towers Unless it was to collect their monthly rent, I hardly heard anything from them about property i ssues. At the time of living at the Continental towers, they failed to notify me of the downtown building having on going cockroach issues and monthly floor fumigation prior to moving in. The notices started immediately after I moved in . I had to always box things up , and kept my apartment empty because of this.... read more
I live at Coventry Place Apts. I've lived here with my wife since 2015. Despite some of the negative reviews, our resident manager (Yassar) has always done his best to accommodate all our needs in a timely manner and under some very trying circumstances. He deserves a raise.
