I resided at Tall Trees for one year. God forbid you need maintenance. Initially, my experience was satisfactory until my refrigerator stopped cooling. Upon reporting the issue, a maintenance technician visited and offered a temporary solution, advising a follow-up call if the problem persisted. Despite the refrigerator continuing to malfunction, subsequent calls and messages to the management regarding the unresolved issue were not addressed, leaving the problem unattended. Rebecca has been a very big help with making our move smooth. the apartments are very spacious and very nice.
I have lived here 2 years. Rebeca is an amazing addition to the team! She is extremely helpful and quick to respond to everything and anything I’ve had questions or concerns about. She has definitely made some very needed improvements to the office! I really recommend anyone looking for an a new apartment to Contact Rebeca! She will make the process to find a new apartment an easy and exciting one. Great job making her the office manager it was an amazing decision !!
Everyone has been super helpful and communicative, Rebeccah has supported me so much throughout my move and has been a great help! She is super kind and very responsive, would recommend anyone to live here.
I came to tall trees looking to start a new and was greeted by Rebeca who has phenomenal customer service, she showed me a few apartments and we found one that was a great fit for me and she made the process smooth and easy and I was able to move in on my desired date. The apartment was cleaned ready for me to move in when I got here.
