The design overall looks great, but fails to be practical for residents. W + Noordijk designed an entire community room around a pool table that now creates major noise problems for those who live below. Also there is metal paneling on the walls that is now covered in rusty fingerprints and looks disgusting. I’d go with another architectural design firm that thinks about practicality and the comfort of residents, not one that will design a billiards bar above an apartment.
