Beautiful hotel, fabulous staff and extra shout out for WINSTON, young summer intern at valet. Helped with all our bags, car escorted everything to our room and 5* customer service! Extremely helpful and personable! So refreshing to experience such authentic service
Our stay at the W Nashville was fantastic! It is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The views from the rooftop lounge are amazing! Special thanks to Emmett at the front desk. He made us feel welcome immediately and was extremely helpful, friendly and professional.
