Telvin made my experience 10/10. Great customer service and hardworking. He made sure we were very well accommodated for !
Alexander is a great valet. He was also so knowledgeable about the local area and helped us pick out places to go and gave us directions. Excellent attitude. The front desk team also was very friendly on our checking in. Even though we were early, they made arrangements for us to get to our room relatively in a short period of time. Our room is very nice, comfortable and clean.
The hotel was amazing and I really enjoyed my time there but the valet Derion Haynes was amazing and his smile and service are top tier. Definitely would recommend!
Just dropped off for a coffee and the valet there, Derion Haynes opened the door with a beautiful smile and welcomed me in. If you all want great customer service I would advise you to come to the W and check them out.
