I went there during the day in the week. Probably two other people were there and I had to wait a long time assistance. I had to bring to their attention that I was still waiting. I paid $15 just to remove acrylic and she couldn’t even file the nails. Do not recommend.

I scheduled an appointment online and received a confirmation and reminder email. However, when I arrived at the salon it was closed and the voicemail full.

My mother and I have been to this location once and received excellent service. However, the service wasn’t so great when we visited again this past Saturday. My mother sat down for her pedicure with Technician Michelle, who immediately began talking on the phone. Whenever my mom tried to get Michelle's attention to ask a question, she seemed annoyed that she would dare interrupt her telephone conversation. If there was a 0 star rating, I would definitely give them that. This is the worst place and service. I went there to fix my nail and one of the girls told me that they can’t fix it because the girl who first did my nails is off and the others they don’t know how to do the acrylic !!! When I told her to do gel it’s fine she said no we can’t do that and you can go to fix it in another nail bar :« there is a nail bar in the mall near where you can go do your nails»
