I use to have Jack do my nails, couldn’t have my nails done for a couple months cause I had a TKR. When I came back to get a new set I found out he was no longer there so they had someone else do my nails. It went south when the lady couldn’t even understand what I wanted (pink and white) nails. She did the whole nail in a beige color, wanted square shape, she said I do your nails they will look nice when I’m done!! Double Booked I made an appointment with Ken and he was not able to do my feet because he said he was double booked and gave me to someone else I never met before. It was so frustrating because I made an appointment and still I didn’t get it done. When this place was Sky Nails I never had this issue. I am very frustrated. I’ve been a client for over 18 years. I think if you make an appointment they should honor it not tell you you have to go to someone else to finish.
Not my wife's favorite place. Good work but not great.
