Very frustrated with the experience from the hotel service centers. I booked on bookings.com for the day prior to my arrival. My fault. I asked if there was any refund or discount I could get as I had never used the room. This kicked off 3 hours of back and forth between the W front desk and Bookings.com only for an email to be sent from bookings to the W asking for permission to reimburse. I love a pretty downtown hotel with all of the amenities and The Foshay is no exception! The interiors are impeccably designed, rooms comfortable and spacious, friendly and fast valet and great spot for dinner and drinks.
This hotel has a lot of history. Great location, in the middle of everything. They brought a complimentary piece of cake to the room too!
