I have been seeing Dr. Ottati for about 7 years. He has consistently delivered top care. The staff have always been professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Will never go here again! Awful customer service. We walked in for our 3:00 appt but waited another half hour to be seen. When we walked in no one acknowledged us or looked up to say hi. While we were waiting walk-ins were more welcome then us. They were served faster than us and walked out while we still sat waiting to be seen. Finally my wife gets seen and the test lasted maybe five minutes that's it!
