I went to this office as a child and now I bring my children here. I only stopped going because Dr. Michael Ingalls insisted that I see a grown up dentist, haha. Honestly I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my children’s dental work. All of the staff are amazing with the children. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Ingalls and staff has been with my family for 19 years. They have always been extremely thorough, kind, caring and flexible to work with my schedule and financial situations. Now that I have my own child, and her insurance isn’t one that they take I have decided to pay out-of-pocket because the care is top notch and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take such great care of her. 10/10 recommend Dr. Ingalls and his staff!
Very professional and friendly! The dental assistant was by far my favorite! She was the sweetest to my son yet making him feel very comforting as he doesn’t look forward to dentist appts. Thank you!!
It's always a pleasure seeing Dr. Ingalls and his staff. Everyone is very pleasant. Most of all they have great service...they take great care of my daughter's teeth...cleaning , x-rays, and soon sealants which is needed to prevent those nasty cavities. My daughter loves her dentistry. I drive from Orlando to Lake Mary for the best possible care and have been here for years. I won't change. Great work!!! Love Katalina M. and mom- Conzuello M.
