I had a great stay. The W is much better than the two Marriott and Sheraton in Melbourne.
Minibar is completely overdone and unnecessary, taking up a large portion of the room. I didn’t go near the stuff. I was informed that 2 items were consumed from the minibar upon my departure. I dispute this and the charges were withdrawn following the discretion of hotel staff. Too bad if that discretion went the other way.
