From the time I walked through the doors of the Lobby, walked upstairs to the receptionist, ushered to a room by a nurse and greeted by the physician Dr. Stringer, I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. My concerns were taken seriously and my voice was heard. My husband and I left feeling like we were divinely connected to this place with a diagnosis and an action plan.
