I'm giving this shop 5 stars and would rate them higher if possible, Luis, Stan, and everyone I encountered were professional and friendly. They truly know the meaning of customer service. We recently took my 2012 Nissan versa to wlhcc and Luis is the person who helped us I would recommend them to everyone Luis was especially helpful when it came to dealing with the insurance company if you need body work these are the people to go to thanks again Luis

At West Lake Houston Collision the owner was very helpful and helped me unload my truck and recommended that what I should get for my vehicle.
