Dr. Kappel is an excellent dentist. He is straightforward and makes you feel comfortable. He does excellent work.
I have been going to Dr Kappel for years and years, and have always been happy there. I can't remember ever waiting more than a couple of minutes once I've arrived at the office. I typically make my appointments two weeks or less beforehand. All billing has always been directly through the insurance company and has been completely transparent to me. Dr Kappel is an excellent general practice dentist and I continue going to him twice a year even though I have since moved out of the area.
