This is Wayne Kelly previous owner of WK Design Consulting. I retired after 43 years in the pool landscape industry, I NEVER lived in Lakeview, CA. unless I look at a map I don't even know where it is. Must have a lake near by. Those reviews from Lakeview are not ME!

The person of Lakeview, CA and Western Pools is someone else. I just finished a pool with Wayne Kelly and his work ethic is impeccable. Rarely have I seen a person so diligent in customer satisfaction. He was constantly checking in on meeting budget concerns, and recommended only the finest local sub-contractors for bid estimates. I hired Kelly Wayne when he owned Western Pools in Lakeview, California to refurbish my pool, and the work was terrible. The plaster had rough spots and spots with odd coloring, and the caulking came apart within just a few months. When I complained, Kelly never attempted to correct the problem and when I protested, he use profane language that can't be repeated here.
