Absolutely exceptional!
Truck broke down on me and I needed someone to get it fixed. I called this dealership and was transferred to service. Then they hung the phone up on me. I looked at the website and I was still writhing the correct calling hours so I called again. After I talked with them, I was finally able to get my truck in to their shop. Recently I went to purchase a vehicle WK Dodge and chrysler in sedalia. During negotiations I got the whole bate and switch. The salesman told me he was told by his boss, the price online was not the correct price. The salesman was just as surprised as I was. His boss said the correct price was 5k more. I was told they would honor it, but not take the other rebates and discounts, which they sent me. Though their service department is great, I will not be doing any of my vehicle purchases with them. I bought from WK almost 2 years ago. I have to say, they go above and beyond to help with any situations. Jeremiah and Haley are superior at what they do. Always eager to help! I am so happy I decided to give WK a chance. Would never ever buy anywhere else. On Feb. 3rd I scheduled a detail I am sending highest of praise to the service guys.
