We purchased a 2017 Ram diesel from Excelsior springs dealership. They had a better selection of trucks and we really liked this one. Approximately 5 weeks after we purchased, exhaust filter light came on. We purchased the premium warranty which is supposedly honored everywhere. Took it into wk dodge. They stated it needed new exhaust filter and it would be 7200$ warranty refused to honor it. They wanted them to put it on the computer and do an exhaust clean. They claimed they did that.
