Dr. Bill Nicholson performed a TAVR heart procedure on my mother over 4 years ago. We highly recommend him as an outstanding surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. We also recommend his wonderful staff, as well!
Horrible...waited 2 weeks for an available appointment and then was just treated as i was wasting their time because I was" too young" for a heart problem.
I have tried to use this office several times. Twice I have had office visits, neither time did I see the Doctor I was a patient of. He often has a several month waiting period and a staff that while not ALWAYS rude, often give you the impression that they dont have the time of day for you. Their standard solution is that if it isnt an emergency, to get in touch with your family doctor. So what good is it having a heart doctor that doesnt want to see you for heart related items.
