We have had W Insurance for years. We have had amazing service from them and specifically, Tom Rosetto. Questions are always answered in a timely manner and we feel like Tom always looks for the best prices for us. The greatest compliment that I can give is that our adult children have used them and kept Tom as their own agent!!
We always get great service from the entire staff of W Insurance. Bryan is our agent and have always gotten superb attention from him and everyone in the office. DO NOT USE. DO NOT TRUST. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT. The full story: I had Travelers Insurance for auto through this group. My agent, Jennifer, never contacted me, never called me back and when I went to cancel because I didn't trust that she would be available in an emergency, she told me "it was taken care of."
