Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Became impatient and rude with questions like, "where is the aneurysm at" and "what should I do about the aneurysm?" He wouldn't look at the rash on my legs where the angiogram was started, told me that he doesn't do rashes and said he sends rashes to the dermatologist. He told me he wasn't a "headache" doctor and that he doesn't have the patience to deal with patients with headaches. Stated he would never personally have the tests done that he had ordered for me.
