I am a first-time customer. My Husqvarna YTH 2242 mower deck started making a seriously bad noise. From my initial call to mower pick up to mower drop off, the employees at Preuss were 200% polite, professional, and just a breath of fresh air to deal with. They have earned a new customer! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions on Echo string trimmer. Filled the gas tank with premix before I left the store at no charge so I could start it as soon as I got home.
