For close to four years, the VP of Operations did a masterful job of finding great tenants and keeping my properties rented. My boyfriend and I recently moved into one of their newly renovated apartments and we love it. The apartment is gorgeous and the rent is actually affordable. We really struggled to find apartments near the city that had all the appliances and “amenities” (by this I mean things like free parking) we were looking for. The staff have all been very friendly and helpful. If any issue arises they are always eager to help and do so in a timely fashion. I really would recommend working with them.

When I first started looking for a home I came across W Group Holdings website and found the place I was interested in. They were very quick and responsive and very helpful through the whole process and they still are nearly 2 months later. If i move again I will definitely utilize this company again.

W Group Holdings was great to work with start to finish. They helped get me into my first home where we started a family. The staff all the up to the owner was professional and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of properties and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home.

Sellers, Renters, Buyers beware... If you are looking into getting involved with this company, I suggest doing so with extreme caution. At first they are all friendly and make it seem as though they are looking to help you out. I was relieved and grateful for the help. When all was said and done however, the situation is a nightmare that never ends for my husband and I. This company is supposed to be making mortgage payments and for months on end, it’s been late.
