Staff your ambulances. Your inability to provide adequate coverage for your service area is disgraceful. It's well known that W.F. Bruen will have periods of time every week without a crew in service. This is a regular deal. Do better, east greenbush deserves better.
You need to evaluate your drivers. No need to come to a complete stop in a traffic circle after picking up at Walmart. Especially when you have the right of way in the circle. Do better. One responder to another.
What wonderful people! They came quickly and quietly, no sirens. They were attentive to my elderly mother - assisted in righting her after a fall, being sure she was OK and ushering her upstairs to her bedroom. They were cheerful with each other and with us, but kept to their business. Thank you so much for providing this service to our community!
