Dr. Turner was somewhat helpful to me for a time when I was newly diagnosed with bipolar disorder about six years ago. He always told me to take care of myself and was good to talk with for 15 minutes. He could be rather rude at times and was reluctant to prescribe certain medications that I really needed help with insomnia for and I ended up in an IOP.
