Describe my experience? Not good...
Incompetent and apathetic absentee slumlords who generally only make contact when they raise the rent. They surprise their tenants with unexpected pest control visits (very short notice, if any), taking away the shared dumpster for no apparent reason (illegal), and not communicating with their own maintenance team regarding issues in units. This was the best place to go for rentals, Cheryl was very knowledgeable and very sweet and answered all my questions and concerns! She helped me find the right property with everything I wanted! Best customer service I’ve ever had! It always makes everything better when you have the best customer service and feel right at home!

I rented on Brandon avenue from WE Cundiff. The application process was fair. They were prompt in responding to needs when I had some electrical issues. Cheryl is a one woman show - she does a great job. The apartment was very affordable and I felt safe. I really appreciated how they worked with me when I got married and need to sublease.
