When I first moved here like 7-8 years ago they were awesome. Cheryl was great and got shit done. New management is awful. They never answer phones when u call, they get people to come out and fix things but they are more like rigging it till they see u next time. They communicate through email which I hate! Describe my experience? Not good...
Incompetent and apathetic absentee slumlords who generally only make contact when they raise the rent. They surprise their tenants with unexpected pest control visits (very short notice, if any), taking away the shared dumpster for no apparent reason (illegal), and not communicating with their own maintenance team regarding issues in units. This was the best place to go for rentals, Cheryl was very knowledgeable and very sweet and answered all my questions and concerns! She helped me find the right property with everything I wanted! Best customer service I’ve ever had! It always makes everything better when you have the best customer service and feel right at home!
