This was the best place to go for rentals, Cheryl was very knowledgeable and very sweet and answered all my questions and concerns! She helped me find the right property with everything I wanted! I rented on Brandon avenue from WE Cundiff. The application process was fair. They were prompt in responding to needs when I had some electrical issues. They agreed to meet up with us and then didn't even show up. The realtor forgot to write down our appointment time and leased the apartment to someone else without even contacting us. Thanks for wasting our time. Making mistakes is fine, but my partner is currently homeless and this wasted precious time as we are desperately looking for a place for them to live.
