Very displeased with the whole thing from beginning to end.
I went to Dr. Bertz for 50 years, ever since he came to Salem. He has taken good care of us, and is a very caring man.
Horrible experience ever he is really rough on pulling teeth and he pulled a infected tooth

I've always went through oral surgery to get my teeth extracted because I have deep roots. I saw Dr. Bertz after I had a wisdom tooth crack and chip out, and he got me in quick, numbed it, and got the sucker out with no problem! Very large tooth with roots attached. With oral surgery and anesthesia, it took me months to heal and my mouth was pretty much sewn shut. After I had the last one extracted from Dr. Bertz, it healed within 3 weeks. I will be going back again!
