I had a great experience this morning at W Day spa in Rockville, MD. Ellen was attentive and focused on my problem areas with patience and resolve. The spa is easy to find, plenty of parking, clean and quiet ambience. I believe I have found my new spa and will be back again. I highly recommend this place.

I made an appointment on December 3rd for today. I mentioned it is 2 SEPARATE coupons for a couples massage. I was sent a text message for one appointment at 3pm and the other at 4pm. We arrived about 3 minutes late and were instantly greeted with hostility. The person was confused as to why there were so many people in the suite in which I told her when I called to make the appointment, I mentioned it was 2 coupons for a couples massage. I highly recommend this place! It was a wonderful experience — the massage was relaxing yet effective, and I didn’t walk away sore. I felt real relief from the pain and knots I had. The masseuse and her husband were both very kind and provided excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!!!
Ellen is the best. I've been coming regularly for a few years now & she never disappoints. Great ct service, cost, & service options.
