Today on February 7, 2024 I had a very bad experience with Dr. Daniel Rusinow II. Apparently, in which I was not aware of their office practices and policies that in order for you to get your prescriptions filled you must come into see the doctor, ok fine no worries. I make my appointment and I informed the receptionist that my medication would have ran out by February 23, 2024, the receptionist informed me that my prescriptions wouldn't be refilled until the doctor sees me.
