The new staff are very unprofessional. You don't get called back when you leave messages and they make you very uncomfortable. We switched to MD Anderson and have had a much better experience. It took Buschemeyers team 2 months to even send my file when we requested it. The Dr is only as good as his staff, that became very obvious when his entire staff were replaced with horrible employees.

Not a professional experience. I went in for a vasectomy consultation and an STI panel. The consultation went well. The rest, not so much. I called 4 days after I left a urine sample to ask about the results and Dillon told me they "lost" my sample. I went back 2 days later to leave another one. After 10 days I called an left a message. 3 days after that I called back and they told me the company that takes their labs is no longer accepting samples from them. Only reason I gave 2 stars was to be fair to the Doctor, never saw him, couldn’t get past all the red tape, had a stent put in via the ER and a doctor that only does hospital surgeries, has no office so I was referred to have my stent removed and follow up treatment since I have 2 more stones on the left side. The back and forth was so frustrating and I was never given pain meds after my release so I suffered for a few days more the ER thing was even worse but I won’t get into that. I gave this urologist office a rating of “1” as on the scale this is the lowest number I could choose. This rating is mostly based on lack of customer service and lack of attention. There does not appear to be communication between staff as well as truthful communication from staff to patient. I do not feel I need to share what happened with me as a patient. I waited for over an hour past my appointment time to see Dr. Buschemeyer. I finally decided to leave as I do have work to do. This doctor will clearly have no respect for your time. Be advised if you decide to schedule an appointment here.
