Only did a small portion of the procedure and did not complete all work but was paid by myself and my insurance company for a COMPLETED JOB. Was told by him and his office staff that they could not help me any further. Left feeling worse than when I started. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The only reason the office got 1 star was because I knew where they were located.
Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Dr. Ward did a root canal with absolutely no pain what so ever. Even the Novocaine needles went in without pain. He is considerate of what i could afford and made recommendations on the best options for me. Dr. Ward is extremely professional and have been in his care for several years. He is experienced, capable and dependable. I highly recommend him.

Yes, extremely spacious Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
